Orb of Wind: attacks hit a secondary target for 50% of the attack damage, if the main target is alone, it instead takes 25% bonus damage. Attacks against targets with more than 99% of their max life toss them into a cyclone for 5 seconds, the secondary damage affect triggers this effect.
