orb effects

is it possible to make orb effect stack? like slowing a enemy with ur orb effect and have a chance on hit proc effect working on 1 item

Generally it isn't possible... however, I have made some experiments and found that there is a priority between certain orb abilities when they are abilities, and when they are items. Now where was that... oh,here
