Damn, this is really good. I can't imagine how long time it took to do the animation, it looks great. I hope you make more transformer models, since many people wan't to make mods i think.

The animation itself took me no more than an hour.
What took ages was getting all the geometry positioned, assembling the skeleton (had to be abosolutely perfectly precise to make sure everything would fit)...

Wow, the model is great, but the animation is incredible. I can't imagine how much effort you must have put in to make it all fit together.

I'm not sure about attacks. Whitehorn requested the energon axe, and I'm testing out some general punching right now. I don't think I'll go for the gun, though.

The gun would also cost rather a lot more in the polycount stakes, not to mention there's no space left on the UV map.
Besides, it's more fun to animate melee attacks.
