Only a bit of picture editing

Hello Guys i need a little bit of picture editing
Could you make this pictures flat and without the glow in the left upper corner?
I want to make real buttons of the pics but it looks odd when they have this glow and are not flat

i will add more pics soon but atm i gotta go

child of bodom it looks a bit blurry at the right side and would be better if you only remove the glow and the shadow at the borders so it dont looks like a pin
but dont change the style or the color of the pin plz
cause i want to have the style it is but without border and glow
