A dialogue between a servant with his master.
Servant: "My lord, I have a good news for you."
The Emperor: "I see. What is it?"
Servant: "I.... um I meant - we have found a good skin texture for your road, my great liege. What should we do?"
The Emperor: "We must order one that skin, give appreciation, salutation and credit to its maker, and say, 'This is a gift for The Emperor, and he will be pleased'. I think that's all. Now, read him my decree."
Servant: "Yes, o' my great Emperor."

From the dialogue above, we can conclude that the Emperor appreciates the work. So he grants its maker any things neccessary. He said, "It is spéndid. I like it!".
