Ok I Need help Downloading the JassNewGenPack, I've looked for answers and found none, Everytime I download(From anywhere btw) It Says "File may be missing or might have been deleted" I do I fix This?

I can't help you dude cause i already downloaded JNGP 2X and its working.
Well if that problem occurs when you finished dowloading it then there is a problem on your computer or the file is CRACKED thats why its missing.
If not....try asking others for LINK TO JNGP.
I would suggest reading some tutorials on JNGP there you can found some links for JNGP.

did u try disabling antivirus stuff before installing?
