Oil harvesting system

Hi, I didn't see one in the spell section so I went ahead and made one:

This system only handles the oil harvesting and increments an integer variable which you must use for oil-costed purchases and display.
Doesn't look exactly like in Warcraft 2, the tanker stops for a second (configurable) to harvest when it reaches the platform, instead of entering it.
