Werewulf: I see far too much filter work and the textures shading is far too dark and horribly done.

Try changing the colour a bit; he currently looks like an ogre in a bondage suit.

It looks nice, apart from that, though.

it isn't a recolour !!! he have an armour O-o ? a recolour it's when u see a red ghoul ... and if u look a bit u see an helm with chain mail and the flag is chain mail too

ok its no recolour .. but it still looks crap .. like Ash said .. it looks like he's wearing a Bondage suit .. color the "Armor" gray /silver and add some shading .. a Black armor is hard to make ...

armor looks realy messed up, it's too dark and it doesn't looks like plate, if it is supposed to look like

That wasn't needed. Don't just say "this sucks". Give reasons; This will help them improve their work. Once you have told them what is wrong they can go back and fix these mistakes. In the future they can use what they have learned and gradually become better.

just like that i think make a bad skin himself it's better like a skin with 90% of cnp and 10% of blur ...
