I didn't use screenshots or anything like that; it's all hand-drawn. And it's not a combination of icons either; it's all my work.

The ogre’s mouth is completely hidden in the icon, because borders cover it. Perhaps try rescaling it to 56×56?

I feel as if we needed this as i don't believe we have any "Ogre" taunt icons at all.. Very useful, approved.
