Nice Model you did actually just edit a bronze dragon but here are suggestions:
-remove the team color(since this was meant to be a boss i think) or change it to orange or yellow
-improve death animation(add some more interesting particle effects for this is a dragon aspect)
-add spell animation(you are making a powerful boss after all)
-remove unused materials
-remove lightning on the wings(it does look cool but nozdormu lacks those,besides lightning moves lot faster)
-add decent attack effect(i know you meant users to use ingame ability lightning attack but you should add some particles)

Yea I gues you´re right it´s kind of hard to make an proto drake but we can still hope we will see Ysera
