[Solved] [Noob Question] Locking Animation

Hello, I have a bit nooby question. Say in a cinematic I want to lock a footman to do his stand-1 animation permanently and not stand-2 where he unsheathes his helmet and drinks something and so on. How do I lock it to one animation in a cinematic?
