No dark-skinned human models?

Hi,

Part of my map has players going into a desert world, and well of course the people there aren't your typical white europeans.

But I can't seem to find any human models based on Middle Eastern/Arabic peoples. At least a single human model with a turban that doesn't take up 1/4 a MB.

Has there ever been a map that has needed these kind of NPCS?
