Next Phoenix (Icon) Trial?

Hello there.

I am thinking about the next Phoenix Trial (Phoenix Trial #5).
For all of you who have never heard of that before:
It's an "Icon Contest".

Any suggestions, comments or ideas for a theme?

last one was upgrade for armor/weapons

this time we can do upgrade for a Profession training
(shaman training, witchdoctor training, druid training)

Hmmm...
Glyphs are nice, but they do not offer enough variation.
The upgrade idea may be useful, but i would prefer something else.
However, the aim should still be the creation of 3-4 icons.

We already used the following themes (correct order):
1) Reflection
2) "Power of Command", which means a set for alternative move/attack/patrol/stop/etc icons.
3) Elements
4) Weapon/Armor Upgrade

I do not favour creatures personally but if i may make a poll, i will give it a chance.

Poison+Frost
or w.e
