New SC2 player

Hi guys I just bought SC2 and its expansion.. not entirely sure what maps to play online or what not. Feel free to offer any suggestions.

Play whichever arcade maps look appealing to you. Most you probably will not want to play again (at least until updated considerably) however eventually you may find a great map you like to play.

I suggest looking at r/starcraft and r/allthings(zerg/protoss/terran) if you want to learn the Melee gameplay, else have fun by exploring the Arcade, Custom Games menu, or the campaigns.
