I don't really get it :? If you want give critics to someone's resource, just write on it's comment. If you don't agree about someone's opinion, reply it on the reference thread. If you want to tell someone about how sucks he is, use PM or use YM, MSN, or whatever...
I think we don't need a forum only for crack some people.
