is it possible that darky could make a forum were two people make a wc3 rescource(skin,model,icon,art,ect.) and a the moderator or a volunteer would judge the two.
if not can i make a topic like this in the contest forum without getting warned?

there is nothing stickied in the contest forum talking about the rules there.
