Neutral Hostile not attacking?

I made a trigger like this

Every 2 seconds of the game

create 2 bandits in region 1
order units in region 1 to attack random player of UnitGroup1

<The UnitGroup1 is created at start of game, adding all units of players 1-10 to the group>

Now when the trigger creates the units and i move the the region, they arent comming towards me, instead they will either try to walk around me, or run into a corner, or just stand there and do nothing. ive tried this for both neutral hostile and a player 12 brown. anyone seeing my problem that i need to fix?

the units do attack, but barely and only when they are stuck or just spawned. also, their attack speed is at 1.2, so i cant see the problem here..
