need widescreen in wc 1.30

guys the resolution button is greyed out in warcraft 3 1.30.4

how can i get to widescreen?
please help

In case anyone comes across this thread. The most common cause for this problem is that Warcraft III is running in windowed fullscreen mode. When an application runs in windowed full screen mode it has to use the resolution of the desktop due to how windowed fullscreen works. If you want to specify the resolution you will have to run the application in exclusive fullscreen mode, in which case the resolution chosen is the resolution that gets sent to the display.

Choose the follwing from the in application settings. It may only be possible to change window mode and resolution from the main menu (press F10) and not while playing.
