Number two is easy, you need to make a gold mine, its under neutral passive i think. and give the units the harvest ability.

Number one also is easy,

Event
A unit is attacked
Conditions
((Owner of (Attacking unit)) is an ally of (Owner of (Attacked unit))) Equal to True
Actions
Order attacking unit to stop.

So now every time they try to attack, they are ordered to stop. Another possibility is go into the unit editor for every unit and change there targets to enemy and your own units only
