Need tips for Outland Terrain

I'm thinking of trying to make an Outland map but before I do, I'd like to ask for some tips from those who've already tried doing Outland. What works and what doesn't? If it's possible could you give pictures of what you've done? And how do you do a fortress for Outland? I need to learn how to make a nice one for a Burning Legion fortification.

Wow...just wow. The stairs are pretty sweet.

How about making a outland demon citadel (floating or not), you could make it with flames/no fames or anything you can think of for dynamism. Before giving you suggestion perhaps we might like to se concept, Ideas, something from you!

Hmmmm, my advice depends heavily on the matter of custom models. Are you going for the under 8 Mb limit, how many custom models are you willing to include, do you want to keep the wc3 cartoony style.

In that question , You need to use your imagination or just look on the blood elf campaign cover . . . You will see an outland background behind the spell breaker . . . .
