Need someone to fix/help with this model.

Hello, could any model expert help me with my problem?
When I tried to apply the skin to this model (all in Attachments)
It doesn't work :/ And when I tried to add morphing sounds, It still played the death sound alongside them, and then the portrait in panther form broke...

So what I need exactly:
1)Working portrait in panther form
2)Working skin
3)Working morph sounds. (Use the Druid of Claw ones)

P.S the model belongs to UjimasaHojo, and I'm not clamiming it as mine.
Furthermore, I won't upload it anywhere, only for use in my project.
