Need some1 to transform map into a Campaign Screen.

For the proj i'm about to create, i need a custom campaign screen done. This map i'm going to upload is the CS itself. Done, needs only to be transformed into a model to display in the game.

By the way. It also needs some minor things done in it.
Two cameras had already been positioned, but i would like to have their view sliding from the bottom one to the top one in a window of 3 seconds. If you can, also, make those 3 guys' heads locked onto the camera. TY, waiting....
