Need some help please.

I need some help with the konstrukt weapon model effects. I don't know how to add the missiles or the effects to the gun to make them appear EVERY TIME he attacks and ONLY when he attacks. Ive managed to get the flamethrower effects to work but they would just loop and go off even when I wasn't attacking anything. Even if you have just one answer please post.

Sorry about all the links but ive tried getting an answer to this about 5 times and always before they tell me "I don't know how" or "F you noob buy a new brain" is said to me they ask what im talking about.
