Need more opinions on Lands of Chaos

Ok so I decided im going to finish Lands of Chaos after my last post. Heres what im thinking of doing: For the release ill have only 1 tavern that both sides buy out of. That will make a total of 12 heros (its a 10 player map). then in the neer future ill add a new tavern. Now, do you guys think thats a good idea because i could release the game very soon, OR should i make two taverns (one for each side) and then have each tavern only cary 8 heros (totalling 16 heros) for the release and then add a new hero to each tavern with each future patch?
