nope, a menu in game example:
Humans have their own, orcs has their, etc., It's on up and down of screen, on it shows day time, mini map, menu f9,f10 etc., heroes... understand now?

that's the UI... just ask for someone to make a vampire UI for you on the requests section...

but that's how you do it... you import new UI skins to override the default ones, because those menus' physical art are just made of skins... so basically you need to have someone make custom skins for the UI to make it vampire themed...

I dont do skinning... you can try to post a request at the requests section or maybe you can try to PM the people that submitted skins on the skins section or more specifically those that submitted UI skins... or if you are good at editing pictures I guess you can try to edit the ui yourself...

you just need an mpq browser/extractor to extract the UI files from the warcraft mpq and then convert the blp files into tga or other format that you can edit... edit it and then import it into the map and set its path to the path of one of the race's UI paths...

I guess it will work as long as the mpq files are there and you have a program which can view it and extract files... plus photoshop or any other photo editing software...
