i do not know how to import a downloaded model from this site to a map, can som1 plz give me a walkthrough or explain it or sumtin? tyvm

The actual importing of the model is quite simple, quick, and easy. Although making it work right can get pretty funky. Its all explained extremely well right here: World Editor Video Tutorials Just go to the "Importing Custom Models" one and click it to open up the YouTube video.
