How do I make a trigger for a player to start in a random location with a premade base?

If you mean a pre-made townhall, then just place the starting locations and make sure you uncheck "Fixed Starting Locations" on Players.

As for pre-made buildings, you'd probably have to use coordinates, but that is something I rarely work with, and I dare not play around with it when out of time.

Or create a random poiont and create the units at that point?
And changing the points x and y to avoid buildingstacks
