Need help with the Lightning-thing

So this is my Problem:
Im working on a Goblinmodel for my Map and want to put a Lightning between two Points on this Model.
Similar to the Stasistotem-Model.

Im out of ideas and hope someone can help me with this model.

Stasis totem does it with a combo of a wavering strip of triangles, plus some particle emitters, I believe.
