Need help with some importing issues

Hi everyone,

I download several models and imported them correctly and they work fine in game. except I cant see any buffs, spell cast on the models, for example:
I cast frost armor on a model and he gets +3 armor but he doesnt get the frost effect... this pisses me off.

also when selecting the model the moving picture at the left is just ... one colour..

help will be appreciated.
