Need Help With Smoother Slide Trigger

Anyone have any good Triggers that would help? The one i put together slides but it feels like its not always working. I go to turn sometimes and i smack a wall and die.. other times it turns fine... Any ideas?
I also would like to know how to copy a trigger or any way to use someone elses trigger... Mine sucks or something is seriously wrong with it... Thanks..

Emm...? What is you actual problem? Slide/Wall/Turn around? We don't read minds :S
Explain a bit better, and people will help you out fast
