Need help with skin

ok i have been making skins privately for my own maps for a while and i decided to make a tree of life skin

the problem is that i used to correct path, and it didnt work Buildings\NightElf\TreeOfLife\Treeoflife.blp and yes its a blp file and i did everything correct, when i import the only part i see is the player color part and the rest is invisable, its like a floating red carpet -.- help = rep :)
