Would it be cooler to add observers o my maps and give them more options on how to watch a battle?

I have two things to ask frist how can u put it so u have a first person veiw where u can choose the unit u want to do it on and second would a map be cooler if i filled all the free spots with observers and gave the observes more option on how to view a battle.
