Need help with map!

[Big Dub]

I am trying to make a third person shooter. But the bullets won't work properly with cliffs. As of yet there are no enemies and the bullets wouldn't hit them anyways. Can someone go through this map and tell me what is going wrong. It doesn't seem to be working at all.
