Need help with hosting

Hi, I have been able to host before but now it doesnt work for some reason, i have been on portforwarding.com but it still hasnt helped me, i currently am using windows 7 but my mccafee is taking over the firewall. my router is Zyxel 330w. i tried as much as i could figure out but nothing has worked yet. so any help would be appreciated. thanks
