Need help with cinematic

How do i enable that the cinematic is shown through the camera? Right now the cinematic starts at the screen where i currently am. And also how do i turn off the cinematic when the cinematic has finished?

Here are 2 examples for the 1st question :
1st
Events -
Conditions -
Actions - Apply (a camera object) For (a player) [ This will bring the camera from the initial camera bounds to the camera object view. The speed is of the camera is automatic.

And to reset tha camera

Actions - Reset Camera

2nd
Events -
Conditions -
Actions - Pan camera to region over (some seconds) [if seconds are 0.00 it will immediately bring you there without showing you the road from point A to point B]

but when i do it like that, there wont be any cinematic, just the camera moving there and showing the talkers portrait
