Need help with a spell (name pending)

Hello,

I've recently started making my own map, I've played around with WE alot but never really started a project. I've made great amount of my own content for my map and I intend to share it later on, I'm working on heroes atm.

I have checked alot threads about spell requests and custom spells in order to gather information how to build ability like this, I'm not into JASS yet since I dont want to get in the learning curve of new programmin language YET ^^. If possible ideas about creating ability with GUI.

I'm looking for ideas how to create a custom ability that uses intellect difference between caster and target as a factor for damage, I'm planning a ultimate like that.
