Need Help, Urgent.

Hey Guys, Recently, my computer suffered from Hard Drive screw up syndrome, and i lost all my files, now, i kinda need to replace them, to try and continue map making, so i was wondering if anyone know where the file was, that lets you make really high terrain, without affect the other terrain around it... it was like a single file you put in the warcraft folder, can't remember exactly what it was.

Also, i don't trust google when searching for 'War 3 Unlimited' because my bro got virus' that way, so i was wondering if someone had a good legit version of that, i don't think i could find it on the Hive.
