I Need help to do my own loading screen and can't picture on heros and import it to my map (but i know ho to import now)

You got the programs you need.If you dont want to use ULEAD Photo Impact you can simply use Adobe Photoshop to resize the image.

Well, I can understand that you don't want to buy a program for just doing 1 thing. Therefor I suggest using a free program. If you have ULEAD photo impact, you click on "adjust", "resize"
There are many alternatives too: Gimp, maybe even paint, ...
If you bought a scanner, usually you also get a free photo editing program that allows you to resize too. Personally, I always use my scanning software as I'm used to it.
