need help on a loading and saving system for heros in map

im slightly experienced in map making but theres one thing i cant really do. I cant make a trigger that allows me to save and load heros. Ive seen it done in certain maps like wind and cloud but i really want to know how to do it and if someone could help it would be good. :shock:
