[Trigger] Need help making a car

Im making a new edit of a loap,but i need some help.
I want to learn how to do so if you click start car it drains mana and the car can move.But when mana is 0 you stop.And also you cant move before you click Start Car.And when you started car there should be an ability that stops car.Anyone got a trigger?Saia Djinn,thx for fast reply but i just solved it
It drains mana and when its 0 its stop and says empty tank

check in a trigger registering the any unit event of the unit concernig smart , attack and move(the unit should be saved in a global variable) if the unit has mana do nothing else
if it runs out use the order stop
