i have allready looked at the stickles post....but i culdnt find answers like .........use this and this progam.........now do it .it and it.......that what i mean...........can someone make a guide like this for me?

PS: I have adobe photoshop and paint pro 9

Adobe Photoshop will work, just anything that can convert images to .tga format. You will also need war3Viewer (in the tools section) so you can convert images to and from .blp format. I believe all this is in the skinning tutorial...

TY elfwarfare..i ill try to make good skins....but i think i ill not in the beggining....but ty i ill do my best :lol:

PS: my warcraft 3 viewer v.2.3c and my Wc3 image extractor II doesnt have textures\hero_bloodelf ( blood mage) skin-- i think they're RoC version...........argh...i need a TfT edition

WHAT H... :shock: MY SKINS LOOK LIKE TRANSPARENT.....why? i thought i was going well but when i put in my map it gets transparent..........why? :x

... You DON'T. 2D Textures CANNOT be converted into 3D models

You convert a TGA into a BLP, as every skin file on this site is a blp file... Cept for a few tga ones, but tga doesn't work ingame
