[Solved] Need help editing this Tyrande model

Hello everyone,
I have recently been given this Tyrande model(Credit to @FerSZ), but I am not a fan of the head-piece and the moon idol(as highlighted on the picture) on top of her head.
I've tried getting rid of it via making the texture transparent but it also removes part of the bow.
Could anyone help me by removing the circled parts of the picture(but not the circlet around the head)?

I think it looks rather cute, but i'll have a look.
This should be a really easy edit in Retera's Model Studio.
