Is there any way to use the effects of 'Potion of Healing' and 'Potion of Mana' items from one unit on to another?

For example, 'Unit 2' has a 'Potion of Healing' item in his inventory. 'Unit 2' uses 'Potion of Healing' on 'Unit 1'.

Is this possible?

And I don't want to use 'Healing Salve' item. I want an instant-type heal. And it's got to be an item, not an ability.

Use an item with a unit target ability that does nothing and then trigger the heal. AFAIR, there is no targeted instant heal ability except the priests' one.

Holy Light (This one should have been obvious...)
Healing Wave, remove the Lightning effect and set max targets to 1.
Rejuvenation, set it's duration to 0-1 second and it'll instantly give the HP.
Set a negative value for Shadow Strike's Initial Damage. (This can actually be said for ANY spell that deals damage)
You can do the same thing for Doom.

If you want a channeling targeted healing ability, you could try using the Channel Ability then script something off of it...

For use of any of these abilities, just make it an Item Ability and add it to an Item's ability list.
