need help! ( about a risk map)

so hey, i am stuck with this cool trigger i wanna make

alright its like (if u know a risk map) a player takes over a continent right. Then a dialog comes up saying "(player name) is owning (surtend percentage) of the world" etc. i cant figure out the trigger for this, i've been trying but i need help
