Need Balancer and possibly code cleaner?

I'm looking for someone who can balance races well. Well, not races, but units. I'm bad at trying to balance things, and I can't really test the map out since it's a 12 player game =/.

I could also use some help on cleaning up the Triggers, if it is possible.
