Well the only program i can edit models in deletes their animations so if someone can jsut delete the unwanted parts, i have already removed those animations

lol. you didnt delete the animations. you deleted the sequences. wait a minute, i'll give a good one.
EDIT: just deleted the animations and the .mdx file only is 250 kb left.

Ok here is what I dont get. The Demon Hunter model is already in the game, so using it takes 0 extra file space, importing a model adds space. The people have to download the model because they do not already have it. This request doesnt make any sense. Please elaborate on how you are going to use it.

there is a simple program for it you know? don't need to edit the mdl directly. Oinkerwinkle's Warcraft 3 MDL Tools download & support ---> a site where you can download various free mdl editting programs + tutorials on how to use these programs.
