need a little help

hello i need at little help (have used search did not find anything that helped me) i have maked 2 spell books one with summonings and one with esper without any skills at start. i want it so when i kill a specific monster it add a specific skill to the spell book i want to have the skill in plz help

okay i try to be more specific.

lets say i have a spell book A and a spell book B.
in the spell book A i have added spell book B so i have 2 in one.
in the spell book B i want to add a skill when a unit dies how do i do that?? plz help
