Need a Jaina modified model

I'd need a Jaina model without coat, hood and staff. If removing the hood is problematic, then leave the hood and just remove the other two parts. Thank you.

I don't know if this is enough for you:
I removed the staff and the cape.
I couldn't remove the cape because when i did this Jaina had a hole in the head and she didnt like that. The same problem is the shoulder with a rest of the cape. Maybe re-texture it to remove the piece of cape and hood, but I'm no skinner. It looks like that in Magos Model Editor:

But....that blp is part of the model? because i'd need to switch between this and the original version in the same map.

You don't need the skin, its ingame texture.
