Does anyone have a webhost I can use to host my forum? Or does anyone know of any good free hosts besides 000webhost.com, host1free.com, or 1freehosting.com? Or an extremely cheap web host?

But people need to register at Ucoz to join the site, unless you pay the site to access the advanced features.

If you want free, you will have to give up on good. I recommend things that cost at least $10 per month. Anything less will most definitely be crappy.

There's really no reason for anyone to host anything free for other people, so they're basically all "too good to be true".

I would probably use something like Google App Engine because they have a free plan. If your site gets popular you will start to pay.

forumotion is good. Takes some time to get used to, and doesn't have everything, but it has a lot of cool functions and premade skins, which you can also mix when you've used it for a while. Everything is GUI, but you can also use custom html pages.

Ralle, Google App Engine wouldn't work for forum hosting since they don't support MySQL or PHP.

Oh but they do. As of recently have they been supporting PHP and they have a MySQL SQL API which should work with most common MySQL queries.
