I would suggest maybe getting a little rep before you ask for jass workers. I would check in the mapping section of the forums from time to time to and see if anyone is offering jass work in return for respect. Sometimes if you hunt around a little bit you will find people that are just waiting to fulfill your request.

Have you tried www.thehelper.net. Most of them are good at jass and triggers. And by the way the sample of your map rules!
